Ordering:

Feelgoodhandbags is an online store and accept orders over the internet, or by post.
 

New Customers

When registering for the first time you are asked for your username, e-mail and password. Your username can also be your e-mail, or your choice of wording. (Use no more thant 25 characters for your username). Please keep a note of both your username and password.

  

Returning customers

Returning customers will enter their username and password to access their account. If you forget your password please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and a new password will be sent to you. Your username can also be requested.  Please note 'forget password' is on the 'Log In' page.

Once you have registered and placed your order a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

Once your order has been confirmed notification of shipment will be sent by e-mail once it has been despatched.

  

Methods of payments:

Payments can be made through Paypal, or by any major credit cards or debit cards. Charges on your statment will appear as Animal Friendly Products.

All prices shown  are fully inclusive. No VAT is added  as we are not VAT registered.

  

Cheques

If you prefer to pay by cheque please notify us by e-mail before you post your order, if possible.

Please allow five working days for the cheque to be cleared.

  

Delivery:

We will endeavour to deliver within two to three days of placing an order.  But please allow up to eight days after placing your order.  We will contact you and inform you of any delay that is foreseeable.

  

Overseas customers:

Delivery will take a little longer. We  aim to deliver within seven to ten days of placing your order, but allow up to twenty one days after placing your order.

  

Returns Policy, Refunds and Exchanges:

We want you to be very pleased with your purchase, but if you find for some reason you wish to return an item, we will give a full refund, or exchange, but the postage is paid by the customer.  The returned goods must be  undamaged, still in its original condition and all tags must not be removed.  Exempt from this are faulty goods or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected.  In this case  the goods will be replaced, or you will receive a refund  once the item has been returned.  We will pay the full postage.

Please package returned goods sufficiently and please do not return any items without prior agreement. If on receiving your items it is damaged or defective contact us withing 72 hours.

When returning items please request a Proof of Posting receipt at the Post Office.

Shoes returns policy. UK Mainland and Northern Ireland 

Returns should be made within 16 days after your order was shipped.

Please try shoes on over a carpet, in case of any returns. All returns for the  request of another size or style must be returned unworn and in brand new condition in the original  box with fresh labels over brown wrapping paper. Include a covering letter, name and address, order number and reason for the return. Please e-mail any returns before sending back the items. If you request an alternative size, they will be forwarded if in stock. Or an alternative style.  Any refund of money will be paid through the secure system of Paypal.

Shoe returns for overseas customers

The same as above. Please write RETURNED ITEMS on the parcel, otherwise their will be customs charges.

Unfortunately we do not refund any postage fee when you return the shoes to us. A full postage refund can only be made on defective or incorrect items. However, you will not be charged postage on a second pair sent to you if the first pair does not fit.

If the goods are out of stock, please say if you wish to wait for the next order.

When returning the parcel the Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Posting receipt.

  

Internet Security

Your order and credit/debit card details are processed using (SSL) Secure Socket Server.  Securing the line. With a high performance level of encryption, at 128-bit.  This allows the customer to shop safely and does not allow any other party to access your details. 

  

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your details for the processing and delivery of your order.  We do not pass on any information to a third party.
