Tips for measuring feet.
Put on the socks you normally wear, before measuring your feet. Measure on a flat surface and preferably at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest.
On a suitably sized sheet of paper take a pencil and draw around your left and then your right foot. Keep the pencil vertical.

On finishing your drawing mark the tip of the longest toe and the end of the heel on both the left and right foot. Then draw a line from heel to toe. Measure the line in cms and reduce this measurement by 5mm . The result is your foot length. Now refer to the above chart to determine your shoe size.
If your measurements fall between two sizes use the larger size.
If one foot is bigger than the other, use a larger foot size. If you feel the shoes are too big you could try using an insole.
